How We Use Your Data
We value your privacy. We use Google Analytics on this website to help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve our content and keep you updated on our latest projects.
Google Analytics may collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, through cookies. This data is processed by Google on our behalf to generate traffic reports. Additionally, we use Google Ads (including YouTube advertising) tracking to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to reach audiences interested in our music and performances.
Email Marketing
We use Mailchimp as our marketing automation platform. If you sign up for our email newsletter, your name and email address are stored on Mailchimp’s secure servers. We use this information to send you updates about our music, performances, and projects.
We do not sell your information to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at marketing@solichamberensemble.com. You can read more about how Mailchimp handles your data in their Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
We use Show.co to manage our music pre-saves and promotional campaigns. When you interact with our pre-save widgets, Show.co may collect and store your email address and other information on our behalf to facilitate these services. We encourage you to review their Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.
We use Salesforce to securely maintain our donor and contact records. When you make a donation or provide your contact information to support our work, that data is stored within our Salesforce database. We use this information solely to manage our relationship with you, process your support, and provide necessary tax documentation.
Google Ads & YouTube: We use Google Ads tracking and remarketing features to show our ads to people who have previously visited our site or shown interest in our ensemble. This involves the use of cookies and tracking pixels to serve ads across the internet and on YouTube based on your past visits. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services to understand how they handle your data.
Your Choices
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. If you prefer that your data not be used by Google Analytics, you can download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. In addition to the Google Analytics browser add-on, you can manage how Google serves you ads by adjusting your Google Ad Settings or by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
