ERTAN TORGUL balances a full calendar of recital engagements, chamber music concerts and solo appearances nationally and internationally, and has held the post of Acting Concertmaster with the San Antonio Symphony from 2007 to 2011. He has been SOLI Chamber Ensemble’s violinist since 1996 and recently became the group’s Artistic & Managing Director. He is also a founding member of the SUONO Duo with renowned pianist Aileen Chanco, and Quinteto Quilombo, a Tango Nuevo quintet in the Bay Area.

Mr. Torgul lives in Fort Worth with his gorgeous and talented wife Kimberly and their two cats Flapjack & Schnerfels and Rosy the dog.
